Web SMS Top Five Support Requests

  1. I've purchased some message credit but it hasn't appeared on my account.
    On rare occasions a slight discrepancy with your credit card details or suspicious activity will trigger our anti-fraud system, preventing our automatic fulfillment system from completing. When this occurs a member of staff inspects the transaction to see if it is fraudulent or not and if everything is OK your account is updated and credit applied. Should a fraudulent transaction be identified then you will be contacted along with the relevant authorities. During business hours we perform our inspections pretty quickly (within an hour), out of office hours it may take a little longer or may not happen until the following working day.

  2. I can't send more than 160 characters per message
    You can only send a maximum of 160 characters per message, we are working on increasing this limit which should be available in the very near future.

  3. Can I get replies back to my computer
    Yes but you require one of our dedicated inbound SMS numbers

  4. Euro symbol is not received correctly.
    The Euro symbol is not part of the regular GSM character set. We are currently investigating a solution for this, in the meantime use EUR instead of the Euro symbol.

  5. The text of messages are not saved in "Sent Items" folder.
    Not implemented yet, will appear in a future release.
