There is no official manual or documentation for the end user. The application has been designed to be as similar as possible to sending an email in Oulook. Many of the process and steps for sending an email in Outlook are applicable to sending a text message with our system. For example, creating, maintaining and specifying distribution lists is identical to that of Outlook. By studying Outlook's documentation an end user would be perfectly familiar with the usage of our application.

For Administrators we have put together some notes on how to setup and run the application in a networked environment. The various considerations, settings and information required to do this are contained within this document. Do contact FAB Technical Support if you any problems installing and configuring the application.
