School Management System offers a comprehensive enquiry management facility, enabling you to log details of all those students and Agents who have enquired. Full reports on all enquiries is available, so that you can review current status and actions taken to date.
The number and type of enquiries received can be reviewed to anticipate the level of interest in different programmes of study before enrolment. You can also compare levels of enquiries and subsequent enrolments and identify where students are interested in courses that you are not currently running. In addition, you can see at which locations enquiries are being received and by whom, so that you can target staff and resources accordingly.
By generating diaries of outstanding actions, the Enquiry module within School Management System prompts timely follow up of enquiries and allows you to organise the workload efficiently. You can also monitor that staff are pursuing enquiries efficiently and effectively and that marketing campaigns are generating the results you expect.
