Agents
Full details of Agents, including complex billing arrangements can be recorded and stored via the Agents screen.
Individual price lists can be created for those special arrangements with Agents where the pricing structure changes depending on the length and type of the course taken. Gross and Net pricing is catered for as well as the addition and calculation of summer suppliments. If your billing arrangements are simple then a n% off your standard price list can be set.
The Booking Wizard takes all this information and uses it when calculating costs for courses and raising invoices.
Records of past visits to Agents can be entered and viewed from the visits tab so a comprehensive audit can be maintained and relationships strengthened.
