1) Message count varies depending on destination. The software license is only in effect whilst you are a customer of our hosting services. Extra messaging is available at an additional low cost.
2) A second server server in a different datacentre stands ready in case of catasphrophic failure of the first datacentre. This would need to be extreme like an Earthquake, flood, tornado or terrorist attack. There is so much redundancy and backup systems in the first datacentre that it highly unlikely this would ever be required. There would be small downtime whilst the second server comes online, but this facility is available if required.

The Hosting Process

	Select and purchase a hosting plan from those listed above - call or email us if you are not sure what's right for you./step-2.gif" />	Tell us the domain name you wish to register or transfer to us and the name & address you would like register the domain under.
	Receive your Terms and Conditions and Master Schedule detailing the package you have purchased, This will need to be signed and returned to us. With a copy kept for your records.
	Your domain registered, or transfer request sent. If you already have a domain you'll need to notify the current hosts that a transfer request is being made
	Webspace and domain registration/transfer complete. Full details how to access your site, email and other services we be sent to you.

For brand new domain registrations you'll be up and running within 24 hours. For the transfer of existing domains completion takes 7-14 days depending on the speed of the exisitng hosts/registrar.
