Below are some screen shots from the Web SMS application that makes up the FAB SMS Estate Agents software suite. Screen shots dipict the main SMS composition screen for sending SMS from your browser, SMS messages can be up to 38,250 characters enough to send complete particulars if required.
The online SMS inbox is also displayed which shows all messages received on your dedicated text in number. SMS received requesting particulars from sign boards and print advertising can also be stored here or sent to an email address of your choice. If contact records have been imported then the name of contact is displayed next to inbound SMS showing you exactly who sent the SMS.

How does it work?
Simply put; you place a unique keyword on a saleboard with the instructions to passers by to text this keyword to a dedicated geographic number (supplied by us). The keyword can be anything you want so long as it is unique on our system. When the message is received clever software hosted by us gets the property details for that keyword and sends the details to the buyer as an SMS. The potential buyer sees the price of the property and other relevant details and decides if he want more details or a viewing and gets in contact. When he does contact you he will be a hotter lead and less likely to waste your time.
Meanwhile, our software has captured this prospects mobile number and placed it into a relevant distribution list such as "Two bed flats in Town centre" for you and placed the original message in your online SMS inbox. With the message in the inbox you can see at a glance who has requested details (if this occured the night before) and you can either Text him details of other similar properties or pick up the phone and call him.
Then let's say you get a new instruction for a Two bed flat in the town centre you can compose a new Text messaging and send it to your distribution list, instantly notifying all hot leads of the new property. This takes just seconds to contact many prospects simulataneously and when you compare this printing & mailing schedules or calling landlines you can see the immediate benefits of using SMS
