Company Overview
FAB Enterprises & Innovations Ltd is a small family run business located on the south coast of England in Hastings, East Sussex,
We specialise in three distinct and separate fields.

The development of software for Small & Medium sized Enterprises; a Micro ISV (Independent Software Vendor).

Our Mission
Our mission objectives are threefold;
Firstly to design, develop and equip SME's with innovative software tools and utilities to enable them to compete with large organisations & corporations, streamline operations and make business processes efficient. We believe that small businesses provide the best in customer service, innovation and creativity and we want to see more SME's succeed in ever increasing competitive markets.
Secondly; We love video games and we want to share this passion with others. Our mission is to be the first choice destination for consumers when selecting video games and accessories, by providing
excellent customer service and first rate & detailed recomendations of games suitable for any mood or need. An innovative use of technology will be our driving force for achieving this objective. Ultimately we will also develop our own PC & video games.
Thirdly; To design, develop and retail new crafts and craft projects, and the manufacture our own designs of existing crafts.
Our Values
The values by which will we conduct ourselves in achieving our mission objectives and the day to day running of our business will be that of honesty, professionalism, fairness and service. High levels of customer service will be our main objective as we would expect this of any company that we deal with. Pricing our products honestly & fairly we may not make massive profits that our competitors do but we will be satisfied knowing we have given our customers good value for money, and having no share holders or investors to answer to (other than ourselves) we are happy to do this.
Timeline and Achievements
- 1999 - Limited Company formed
- 2000 - Developed & released School Management System 2000 a database & administration system for Language Schools
- 2001 - Designed and manufactured ShyKids, a new craft for the United Kingdom
- 2002 - Developed the FAB SMS Addin for Microsoft Outlook, providing text messaging services directly from the desktop
- 2003 - Provided web services to a major UK Breast Cancer charity
- 2004/5 - Designed & developed a viral marketing email to promote a fundraising initiative which assisted in raising over £1.7m in donations.
- 2005 - Developed ForgotYouNot.com a website & service that sends SMS birthday messages to your loved ones.
- 2005 - Incorporated The Silica Shop Ltd as a subsidary to handle our video game retailing operations
- 2006 - Established The Silica Shop as trusted and reliable video games retailer on various sales channels including eBay.
- 2006 - Developed TennerAGame.com a website dedicated to offering the best value in video games around.
- 2007 - Grew The Silica Shop Ltd and established a reputation for quick
deliveries and exceptional customer service.
- 2008 - Launched a new range of Inbound SMS services and created a Small Business Resource section to our main website.
- 2008 - Developed FAB Cars the worlds first auto trading website where individual listings are optimised for the search engines
- 2008 - Made available a technology preview of our SMS Channels program which is in development
- 2009 - Developed Web SMS an online application for sending and receiving SMS using your Web Browser
- 2009 - Launched FAB SMS for Schools a suite of applications to allow Schools & educational facilities to communicate with parents, staff & pupils via SMS
- 2009 - Launched FAB SMS for Estate Agents a suite of applications to increase number of prospects by utilitising SMS
- 2009 - Launched FAB SMS Small Business Edition a suite of applications for small businesses to send and receive SMS
The future
We intend to continue to develop and enhance our existing products including releasing new versions of, FAB SMS Addin for Microsoft Outlook & ForgotYouNot.com & Web SMS. As well as developing new products such as an MMS Addin for Microsoft Outlook, Web MMS, a stand alone SMS/Email List manager program, a SMS Channels program along with many other useful tools & utilities for SME's. A new craft retail website and a full price video games website are also planned.
